When it comes to pitching, it has been an uneven week for the Mets. The starting pitching was generally very good over the course of the team’s past six games, but the bullpen was downright horrible. At 20-17, the Mets still find themselves right in the middle of the National League East. The bullpen’s 5.13 ERA is the worst in the NL, but its 3.81 FIP and 4.11 xFIP suggest it should get better with time.
